GHAZIABAD: Education is not just through books. It is a process of learning through practical approach with a balanced profile and attitude. A skill is all about doing and feeling. The objective of a scout and guide is to offer an opportunity for the youth to grow, develop and practice the principles of togetherness and self reliance. The environment helps to promote team work, leadership and unity. KDB School organized a fun base scout and guide camp full of fun filled activities on 18th May 2018 for the students of class VI operated by District Organizing Commissioner in the school premises. The students were led by Mr. Shyam Singh. The students were given a warm welcome by the organizers of the camp followed by training in the 1ST stage which included camping, petrol flag, troop club room, improving physical stamina and immunity by the ways of different exercises specially yoga, different kinds of hand signals with voice signals. The students also learnt different tricks with ropes and most importantly providing first aid etc. The students participated in the camp with great zeal and enthusiasm. The presence of the Director Mrs. Bimla Saini, the Principal Mrs. Nivedita Rana and Vice Principal Mrs. Namrata Dubey motivated the students.
